EDGE + ESC2 + TAMUK = Awesome!
EDGE Esports is partnering with the Region 2 Educational Services Center (ESC2) and Texas A&M Kingsville Esports to host the Spring Break SMASH! This partnership is straight fire:
- ESC2 is providing the venue and making this the launchpad for scholastic esports in Corpus Christi.
- EDGE Esports is providing the Switch Consoles, bringing the heat with our competitive Smash players, and dropping knowledge at the EDGE vendor booth.
- TAMUK Esports will be running the show with pro-level streaming, shoutcasting, and tournament magic — plus their Recruiting team on-site with booths ready to talk esports scholarships, admissions, and turning your passion into a college + career path.
The message is crystal clear:
Esports isn’t just gaming— it’s a REAL pathway. Whether it’s a school program or community organization, it leads to state titles, college scholarships, career skills, and opportunities for students.
Whether you play esports through your school (ESC2) or through a community organization (EDGE), both routes can lead to career and college opportunities (TAMUK).
